In Essaouira, which is a small fortified city by the Atlantic Ocean and a World Heritage Site since 2001, we will visit the Scala harbor, the surrounding walls of the city and the old Medina. In the harbor, we will eat some fresh fish at a local restaurant. Then, we will ride camels to explore the beach of the city. By midday, we will visit the old Medina which is known for its purely Portuguese architecture. As we explore the most important places of Essaouira or “The Pearl of the Atlantic”, we will return to Marrakech.
