Day 1: Arrival Marrakech – Private Guided City Tour
Majorelle Garden, Bahia Palace, medina souks, Jemaa el-Fnaa at sunset. Overnight luxury riad.

Day 2: Marrakech → High Atlas → Ait Ben Haddou → Skoura Oasis
Tizi n’Tichka pass, UNESCO Ait Ben Haddou, palm-lined Skoura. Overnight inside restored Kasbah Amridil.

Day 3: Skoura → Valley of Roses → Aït Bougmez “Happy Valley” (less-crowded Berber village)
Scenic drive, rose distillery, then off-road to the stunning, rarely visited Aït Bougmez valley. Short trek & home-hosted dinner with Berber family. Overnight simple but charming gîte.

Day 4: Aït Bougmez Trek → Cathedral Rocks → Imilchil → Todra Gorges
Half-day moderate trek among terraced fields & dinosaur footprints. Continue via Imilchil lakes to dramatic Todra. Overnight boutique hotel at canyon entrance.

Day 5: Todra → Merzouga → Sunset Camel Trek & Luxury Desert Camp
Arrive golden dunes. Camel caravan into Erg Chebbi. Sunset, dinner & live music. Overnight private luxury tent with en-suite bathroom & hot shower.

Day 6: Full Free Day – Total Sahara Immersion
Sunrise camel trek, nomad family visit, Gnawa music village, sandboarding, optional quad biking. Second sunset & festive dinner. Second night luxury camp.

Day 7: Merzouga (morning) → Nkob village & Draa Valley → Zagora or Tamnougalt Kasbah
Third relaxed desert morning. Scenic southern route through 1000-kasbahs road & palm-filled Draa Valley. Overnight in beautifully restored kasbah (very few tourists).

Day 8: Draa Valley → Agdz → Ouarzazate → Telouet Kasbah → High Atlas → Marrakech
Morning palmery walk, then visit the hidden Telouet Kasbah (ex-Glaoui palace). Return via spectacular Tizi n’Tichka. Overnight Marrakech riad.

Day 9: Marrakech → Ifrane → Cedar Forest → Fes
Middle Atlas mountains, wild Barbary monkeys, alpine Ifrane. Arrive Fes evening. Overnight magnificent riad in the medina.

Day 10: Full-Day Private Guided Tour of Fes Medina
Official local guide: tanneries, Al-Qarawiyyin University, madrasas, souks. Evening free. Second night same riad.

Day 11: Fes → Volubilis → Meknes → Chefchaouen
Morning at spectacular Roman ruins of Volubilis & Moulay Idriss. Quick Meknes visit, then to the blue city. Overnight charming riad in Chefchaouen medina.

Day 12: Chefchaouen (full day free) → Rif Mountains → Return to Marrakech (or drop-off Tangier/Casablanca)
Relaxed day to wander blue streets, hike to Spanish Mosque, shop. Late afternoon drive back to Marrakech (~7 h) or drop-off in Tangier/Casablanca.
